These images are securely stored in your personal BugDex to build your inspection reports. We do not access your camera in the background, nor do we use it for any other purpose.
• Payment Information: We use a secure third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle subscriptions. We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with Stripe's privacy and security policies.
• User-Generated Content: Information you input into the Pro Workspace, such as field notes and overall recommendations, is processed by our AI to generate professional documentation.

We use the information we collect or receive for the following business purposes:

• To provide and facilitate the core services: Processing images for pest identification and maintaining your personalized BugDex records.
• To manage user accounts and billing: Managing your subscription status, team seats, and authenticating your access securely.
• To improve our AI and Application: We may use anonymized, non-personally identifiable diagnostic data and images to improve our AI identification accuracy and overall app performance.
